Bodan not only has projects outsourced to it, in many cases it is called upon to be onsite at the client's workplace, working alone or alongside a team, often to troubleshoot existing bugs, instigate required green projects, or simply to offer consultancy on options available.
Flexible outsourcing
Be it a trend or a necessity for the client, Bodan has allowed them to realise the benefits of outsourcing projects. We are flexible and allow any support time not utilised to be re-assigned to additional changes within that period. Many clients find this useful, as it allows projects to be rolled out faster with the additions included, in regular stages or as and when required.
Onsite
Should you require it, we are happy to work onsite given conditions are available. This approach is necessary where network set-ups are not geared up for access from outside or where the project is fluid and frequent changes are likely.
Troubleshooting
We provide troubleshooting on an hourly, daily or project basis. Our extensive knowledge of code, SQL, methodologies, variety of debugging approaches and deduction, means that problems are quickly resolved.
Green Projects/enhancements
Whether brought in from the outset of the project or not, Bodan ensures that the system is designed with the end-user very much in mind. We take care in getting the correct requirements and along with regular stage sign-offs, work towards delivering the wanted result.
Consultancy
Be it by phone or in person, we objectively advise on the available options and solutions that we can provide within the given timeframe and budget, so that you can take informed decisions on the options to take.
